The Learning & Development Specialist will design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve learning programmes that build the skills and capabilities of learners. The role will work with internal teams, clients, and other learning partners to create engaging, relevant, and measurable learning experiences.

• Identify learning needs, engage stakeholders, and define clear learning outcomes.
• ⁠Design learning programmes, courses, workshops, and learning pathways for different audiences.
• ⁠Develop curricula, session plans, facilitator guides, learning materials, activities, and assessment tools.
• ⁠Apply adult learning principles and innovative learning approaches to create effective and engaging experiences.
• ⁠Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning while promoting critical thinking and responsible technology use.
• ⁠Design and deliver professional and soft-skills training, including communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, project management, and collaboration.
• ⁠Facilitate learning across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and asynchronous formats.
• ⁠Manage learning projects end-to-end, from planning and development through delivery and evaluation.
• ⁠Develop project plans, timelines, risk registers, tracking systems, and reports to ensure effective programme delivery.
• ⁠Develop methods and tools to measure learner progress and learning outcomes.
• ⁠Use assessments, learner feedback, and programme data to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• ⁠Identify and manage risks that may affect learner experience or programme delivery.
• ⁠Contribute to Semicolon's learning strategy, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• ⁠Provide input into learning platforms, tools, and innovative learning solutions.
• ⁠Work effectively with corporate clients, universities, educational partners, and internal stakeholders.
• ⁠Contribute to programme proposals, design documents, and other client-facing materials.
• ⁠Develop project plans, timelines, risk registers, tracking systems, and reports to ensure effective programme delivery.
• ⁠Coordinate internal teams, facilitators, clients, and partners to achieve agreed outcomes.
• ⁠Develop methods and tools to measure learner progress and learning outcomes.
• ⁠Continuously improve the learner experience and create inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments.
• ⁠Identify and manage risks that may affect learner experience or programme delivery.
• ⁠Contribute to Semicolon's learning strategy, frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• ⁠Provide input into learning platforms, tools, and innovative learning solutions.
• ⁠Work effectively with corporate clients, universities, educational partners, and internal stakeholders.
