• LL.B and B.L, with qualification as a Nigerian legal practitioner.
• 3–6 years of post-call professional experience.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law, with exposure to fintech or financial services being an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of Nigerian corporate, labour, and data protection law
• Familiarity with applicable data protection requirements, including the NDPR/NDPA.
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience providing legal advice on corporate and operational matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written legal communication.
• High professional integrity and strict confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic reasoning abilities.
