The ideal candidate should have strong field marketing skills, sound financial knowledge, and the ability to build relationships with prospective borrowers while maintaining a healthy loan portfolio.

• Market and promote the bank's loan and credit products through direct field marketing, commercial areas, local markets, trade fairs, and other relevant channels.
• Identify and onboard qualified individuals, SMEs, and business owners seeking credit facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve assigned loan disbursement, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth targets.
• Prepare accurate loan appraisal reports and credit proposals.
• Monitor assigned loan accounts and repayment schedules..
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of customer and credit information.

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in credit marketing, microfinance banking, SME lending, or a similar role.
• Strong field marketing and customer acquisition skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and financial mathematics.
• Good credit assessment and risk identification skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up and collection skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a field-based environment.
• Good knowledge of Lagos commercial hubs such as Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere, and surrounding business locations is an advantage.
