• Drive customer acquisition and business development activities.
• Mobilise funds and generate deposits from new and existing customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote the Company’s financial products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads through personal marketing, referrals, networking, field activities and other approved channels.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and convert leads into active customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly mobilisation and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activities, leads, accounts and mobilisation performance.
• Participate actively in field marketing and other business development initiatives.

• HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, banking, microfinance or financial services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Must be confident, proactive, persuasive and target-driven.
• Ability to generate leads, mobilise funds and deliver measurable results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
