We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Brand & Marketing team and support the execution of campaigns, product launches, content plans, events and day-to-day marketing activities for a growing fashion brand.
This role is suited to someone who is organised, creative, commercially aware, a critical thinker, and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in fashion, brand storytelling and how brands connect with their audience.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Assist with content planning and maintain the marketing content calendar across social media, email, website and other brand channels.
• Support day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, audience engagement, trend research and sourcing relevant UGC.
• Assist with events, pop-ups, influencer activities, fashion shows and other brand activations.
• Conduct market, competitor and consumer research and share relevant insights with the marketing team.
• Assist with photo/video shoot coordination, marketing materials and other campaign requirements.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Brand Manager, including documentation and vendor follow-ups.
• Support email marketing activities, including content preparation and proofreading.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, brand coordination, communications or a related role.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital content.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Express.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A genuine interest in fashion, branding and storytelling.
