The Marketing & Assistant Content Strategist will support EXSTRA's growth by taking the lead on marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for client acquisition and brand growth, and assisting with the development and evaluation of EXSTRA's content strategy. The primary focus of the role is marketing and growth, while content strategy serves as a supporting responsibility.

• Develop and propose marketing strategies that can increase EXSTRA's visibility, reach and client acquisition.
• Identify potential target audiences, client segments and opportunities for EXSTRA.
• Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, collaborations and marketing opportunities.
• Propose campaigns and marketing initiatives that can generate awareness, leads and potential clients.
• Identify creative ways to position EXSTRA in front of founders, CEOs, business owners and relevant decision-makers.
• Monitor marketing activities and evaluate what is working and what is not.
• Recommend improvements to EXSTRA's marketing approach based on performance and observations.
• Identify trends, opportunities and ideas that may benefit EXSTRA's growth and communicate them to the Founder.
• Support the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives when required.
• Contribute ideas for lead generation and client acquisition.
• Track relevant marketing activities and outcomes.
• Review how EXSTRA's content is shaping up and whether it is communicating the brand effectively.
