We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and organised Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator to support the growth of our hair and beauty business. The ideal candidate will lead content creation and social media execution while providing additional support with email marketing, market research, vendor coordination, and day-to-day business operations.

1. Social Media & Content Creation
- Manage the business's TikTok page, including content planning, publishing, and engagement.
- Create and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut.
- Design social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
- Research trends and develop creative content ideas to drive engagement and sales.
- Assist with occasional product shoots and influencer collaborations.

2. Marketing & Research
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Identify potential influencers and support outreach and product gifting.

3. Email Marketing
- Design, write, and schedule customer email campaigns.
- Maintain approximately two emails per week, with increased frequency during promotions and peak seasons.

4. Website & E-commerce Support
- Coordinate routine website updates with the existing developer.
- Support the integration and management of WordPress and Shopify, where applicable.
- Use WordPress for website content, blog posts, landing pages, and marketing content.
- Use Shopify for product listings, inventory, payments, order management, and e-commerce operations.
- Update product information, website content, and promotional materials.
- Assist with order fulfilment, packaging, and dispatch when required, subject to location and operational arrangements.

5. Administrative & Vendor Coordination
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Coordinate communication with external vendors, including developers and advertising partners.
- Keep marketing activities and deliverables organised and on schedule.

- Experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, e-commerce, or a related role.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify.
- Proficiency in Canva and short-form video editing tools such as CapCut.
- Good understanding of TikTok, social media trends, and content strategy.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite), including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
- Comfortable using email marketing platforms and other digital tools.
- Strong research, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Experience in hair, beauty, fashion, or e-commerce is an advantage.
