- Oversee the operation and maintenance of HV/LV electrical systems, generators, HVAC, pumps, plumbing, fire protection and other MEP systems.
- Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Ensure equipment reliability, availability and efficient energy utilisation.
- Manage MEP contractors, vendors and specialist service providers.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory, technical and client requirements.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, SLAs and service performance.
- Maintain accurate technical records, asset registers and maintenance reports.
- Support budgeting, procurement and technical evaluation of MEP-related works.

- Bachelor’s degree/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Relevant professional certification/membership is an advantage.
- 2–3 years’ experience in MEP engineering, facilities management or industrial maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance practices and statutory requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
