• B.Eng./HND in Electrical Engineering
• 4–6 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in power systems, renewable energy, solar PV/hybrid systems, distribution networks or related infrastructure
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, ETAP, DigSILENT, PVSyst or similar tools
• Knowledge of NESI regulations and relevant standards is an advantage
• COREN registration is an advantage; NSE membership is desirable
• Experience with electrical system design, drawings, load calculations, equipment evaluation and basic power system studies
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational and project support skills
• Good understanding of the commercial/economic aspects of the business environment
