- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of all departments
- Develop and implement operational policies, processes and SOPs
- Set operational goals, monitor KPIs and drive performance improvement

- Lead, mentor and supervise departmental heads and staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions

- 6 - 8 years experience as Operations Manager in a structured organization
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
