- Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and teams.
- Develop and improve operational processes and workflows.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity and compliance with company procedures.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Coordinate vendors, service providers and other operational partners.
- Monitor office facilities, equipment and general workplace requirements.
- Prepare regular operational reports for Management.
- Support Management in implementing operational strategies and organisational improvements.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly implemented.
- Maintain effective communication across departments.
- Monitor operational costs and ensure resources are used efficiently.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of operational processes, reporting and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business tools.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
