• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favourable terms.
• Process purchase requisitions, quotations, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
• Procure raw materials, packaging materials, production consumables, and equipment according to production needs.
• Ensure suppliers meet company quality standards, GMP requirements, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, delivery schedules, supplier performance, and outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare periodic procurement reports.
• Control procurement costs and ensure compliance with approved budgets and internal policies.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Procurement, Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management,
• Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of GMP, supplier qualification, and pharmaceutical quality documentation.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement or ERP systems.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
