- Lead and manage the product marketing team  
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies that directly drive sales and revenue growth  
- Oversee product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans  
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide strategy  
- Set clear team targets, track performance, and ensure marketing activities deliver tangible sales results .
- Manage product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement materials  
- Build strong internal and external relationships that support business growth  

- Proven experience leading a marketing or product marketing team  
- Strong track record of driving sales through effective product marketing strategies  
- Solid experience in consumer goods, FMCG, kitchenware, or related industries is an advantage  
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen  
- Strong analytical and communication skills  
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
