• Plan and coordinate large-scale HR and assessment projects from start to finish.
• Oversee behavioural and cognitive assessment delivery, data validation and client reporting.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Engage clients confidently through project meetings, progress updates and results presentations.
• Lead, coach and review team members to maintain high delivery standards.

• 4–6 years of HR experience, ideally within a consulting or performance-driven organisation.
• Proven experience coordinating large-scale HR projects.
• Strong Excel skills, particularly in managing, cleaning and analysing large datasets.
• Experience administering behavioural or cognitive assessments is important.
• Demonstrated team leadership, project management and client engagement capabilities.
• A B.Sc. or HND in a relevant field is required; professional certifications are an added advantage.
