• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and implementation schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Track project progress, milestones, costs, dependencies, and performance indicators.
• ⁠Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and delivery challenges.
• ⁠Manage scope changes and communicate their implications to stakeholders.
• ⁠Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
• ⁠Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and business requirements.
• ⁠Resolve project bottlenecks and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• ⁠Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned.
• ⁠Ensure projects are completed and handed over with the necessary documentation.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ⁠5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
• ⁠PMP, PRINCE2, or another recognised project management certification is an advantage.
• ⁠Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholders.
• ⁠Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• ⁠Proficiency in project management tools and reporting software.
• ⁠Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
