We are seeking an experienced and meticulous female candidate to supervise cleaning personnel and maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards across our serviced apartments.

• Supervise cleaning personnel and ensure assigned duties are completed to the required standard.
• Inspect serviced apartments and properties to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and excellent presentation.
• Identify cleaning deficiencies and ensure prompt corrective action.
• Maintain consistent housekeeping standards across all properties.
• Monitor staff performance and enforce established cleaning procedures.
• Take initiative in resolving presentation and housekeeping issues.

• Previous experience in a reputable serviced apartment, boutique hotel, or similar hospitality establishment.
• Must be 30 years old and above
• Experience working within Lekki Phase 1 or its immediate environs is strongly preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills and the ability to manage cleaning personnel firmly and professionally.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Good personal presentation, sound judgement, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, and take corrective action.
• Demonstrates discipline, accountability, and urgency.
• Lives within approximately 45 minutes or one bus commute of Lekki Phase 1.
