• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, telecommunications, automotive or luxury retail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, persuasive and commercially minded.
• Comfortable with field sales, property inspections and site visits.
• Proficient in WhatsApp, CRM and digital sales tools.
• Real estate experience is an advantage but not compulsory.

This is a field-based role in Sangotedo, Ajah, Lagos. The estate is developing, so access roads may sometimes be challenging, and site transportation may occasionally be unavailable. Accommodation is not provided. Candidates must be comfortable working on-site and travelling to the location.
