Our client, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain the highest standards of product quality and patient safety.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), NAFDAC requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), SOPs, and other quality documents.
• Manage deviations, investigations, change controls, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate internal, supplier, and regulatory audits.
• Oversee validation, document control, and quality risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Manage product complaints, recalls, and quality investigations.
• Conduct GMP training and promote a strong quality culture.
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.

• B.Pharm, B.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or another relevant scientific discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing.
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, CAPA, deviation management, change control, validation, and NAFDAC requirements.
• Experience managing quality audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Relevant GMP or Quality Management certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to product quality and patient safety.
