We are seeking a proactive Recruitment/Outsourcing Officer to manage recruitment activities and support the effective deployment and management of outsourced staff for clients.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from job briefing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate pipelines.
- Manage outsourced staff, including onboarding, attendance, leave, welfare, and client-related HR matters.
- Maintain accurate outsourcing records and ensure timely resolution of staff/client issues.
- Liaise with clients on staffing needs and employee-related matters.
- Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Outsourcing, or a similar role.
- Experience in an HR Consulting/Recruitment firm is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and employees efficiently.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
- Proficiency with ATS/HR software is an added advantage.
