NOBZO is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager II (RM II) to manage and grow a portfolio of key customers, agents, and partners within assigned territories in Ibadan. The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship development, portfolio retention, account growth, field engagement, and resolution of customer issues. The successful candidate will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior Relationship Managers while maintaining accurate portfolio and CRM records.

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 1–3years of relevant experience in relationship management, field sales, account management, or a related role.
• Prior experience managing a portfolio of clients, agents, merchants, or partners in a field-based role is preferred.
• Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
• Strong, demonstrable familiarity with Ibadan’s neighbourhoods, markets, and transport routes.
• Strong relationship-building and client-retention abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and CRM tools.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
