• Staff Supervision: Coordinate and manage the schedules, duties, and performance of the household staff (cooks, housekeepers, and drivers).
• Etiquette & Hospitality: Oversee formal dining service, maintain guest-ready presentation for sleeping quarters, and coordinate hospitality protocols for high-profile visitors.
• Property & Maintenance: Conduct routine checks, handle asset inventories, and interface with vendors/artisans for immediate repairs or property upgrades.
• Administration: Manage the household budget, track monthly operational expenses, procure fresh provisions. 

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5+ years of verified experience in high-end private estates, boutique hotels, or luxury serviced residences.
• Etiquette Training: Verified certification from a recognized domestic staffing academy or silver-service training program.
• Core Traits: Impeccable spoken/written English, emotional intelligence, strong problem-solving skills, and tech-literacy for digital inventory and smart home tracking.
