• Review, sort, and analyze royalty statements from DSPs and other revenue sources.
• Create and maintain accurate royalty accounts for clients.
• Calculate taxes on royalties and support compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Reconcile royalty accounts and statements on a regular basis.
• Conduct monthly royalty bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Process invoices, track expenses, and manage payments relating to royalty transactions.
• Analyze royalty-related financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee royalty accounting and valuation processes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Strong analytical and data skills
• Great attention to detail
• Good knowledge of music royalty types (DSPs, mechanical, performance, sync, etc.)
• Excel + Power BI proficiency
• Ability to clean and interpret financial data
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Accounting/Finance background is an advantage
