• Drive new business acquisition across MFBs and large SACCOs.
• Sell digital lending solutions, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), Business Rules Engines (BRE) and Collections platforms.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demonstrations to proposals, negotiations and contract closure.
• Build relationships with CEOs, MDs, Heads of Credit, Risk, Operations and IT.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

• 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
• At least 2–3 recent years selling lending, core banking or related BFSI software to Nigerian MFBs, SACCOs or cooperatives.
• Proven personal sales closures of at least USD 300K+ annually in each of the last two years within the target segment.
• An active, verifiable network of financial institution decision-makers.
• Working knowledge of digital lending, credit processes, collections and relevant CBN regulations.
• Strong presentation, proposal writing, negotiation and closing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or a related field.
• Based in Lagos and willing to travel nationwide.
