• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels (field marketing, referrals, digital platforms, etc.)
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead to allocation.
• Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and client consultations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Provide clients with accurate information on property features, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.
• Follow up on leads and ensure effective conversion to sales.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

• Minimum of 4- 5 years' experience in real estate sales.
• Verifiable record of meeting sales target.
• Strong client relationship management experience. 
• Willingness to work on site and travel when required.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Good knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is an advantage
