• Create and coordinate video content, including site visits, project updates, and business promotions.
• Represent the company and its projects professionally on camera.
• Follow up on client enquiries and maintain effective communication with prospects and existing clients.
• Support social media engagement and ensure consistent online visibility across all business operations.
• Provide regular updates on ongoing projects, properties, and business activities.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Must be 30 years and above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, articulate, and professionally presentable.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
• Proactive, organised, and responsive in following up on enquiries.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, or client relations is an advantage.
• Lives within approximately 45 minutes or one bus commute of Lekki Phase 1.
• Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and respect for deadlines.
