You’ll work closely with the team to plan, create, and execute content. We’re looking for someone who is creative, curious, visually minded, and genuinely interested in social media and content creation.

• Assist with planning and managing social media content.
• Create and edit short-form videos, carousels, stories, and other social content.
• Write and refine captions and social copy.
• Help develop and write newsletters and other email content.
• Research trends, content formats, references, and ideas that could work for the brand.
• Help maintain a consistent visual and editorial style across our platforms and content channels.
• Schedule and publish content.
• Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement.
• Track basic content performance and identify what’s working.

• Someone who can come up with fresh content ideas and think beyond obvious or repetitive formats.
• A strong visual eye and attention to detail.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• A genuine interest in social media, content, and digital culture.
• An understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva and CapCut is a plus.
• Someone who is proactive, organised, and willing to learn.
• Good judgement when it comes to trends, you understand that not every trend is right for every brand.
• Someone who can take an idea and turn it into something people would actually want to see.
