Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Stores Officer with a technical background to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations.

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, tools, spare parts, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of items.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to ensure materials are available when required.

• OND, HND, or BSc in Engineering, Technical Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in stores or inventory management.
• Technical knowledge of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Good record-keeping, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems is an advantage.
