• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, corporate organisations and other stakeholders.
• Lead content creation, social media management and organisational communications.
• Identify funding opportunities and develop grant proposals, concept notes and partnership applications.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, advocacy and organisational visibility.
• Monitor partnership activities and prepare reports on engagement outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, International Relations, Development Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in strategic communications, social media management and content creation.
• Demonstrable grant-writing and proposal-development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
