• Manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
• Supervise staff and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory control, and product replenishment.
• Oversee sales records, cash handling, and daily reports.
• Drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
• Minimize stock losses, wastage, and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness, product displays, and general store standards.

• Must have previous experience working in or managing a supermarket.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant supermarket or retail management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and sales operations.
• Ability to supervise a team and work under pressure.
• Candidates residing in Lekki or nearby areas are preferred.
