• Manage the full 360°/end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, Boolean/X-ray search, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, and shortlisting.
• Prepare candidate screening reports and recommendations for clients.
• Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer management, and candidate resumption.
• Build strong talent pipelines for specialist, mid-level, and senior roles.

• Minimum 4–5 years’ recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within an HR consulting or a recruitment agency firm.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing/headhunting, screening, and client management.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, interviewing, and reporting skills.
• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn and other recruitment/sourcing tools.
