he Telesales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. In this role, the Telesales Executive will make outbound and receive inbound calls to present products and services, qualify prospects, and convert leads into sales. Daily activities include engaging potential and existing clients, explaining offerings clearly, handling objections, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system. The Telesales Executive will work closely with the sales and customer support teams to follow up on leads, ensure client satisfaction, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets. The role also involves gathering feedback from customers, contributing ideas to improve scripts and sales approaches, and representing the company in a professional and respectful manner on every call.

Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal expression, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive client experience. Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, nurture opportunities, and close deals. Candidates should demonstrate basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools and call-tracking systems. Candidates should have strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and reliability in following processes. Prior telesales, call center, or customer-facing experience is an advantage. A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
