• Process and verify transactions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Identify and escalate transaction discrepancies or irregularities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve transaction-related enquiries.
• Prepare transaction reports and support daily operational activities.

• Must possess an HND qualification, with Distinction, Upper Credit or Lower Credit.
• Must be 28 years old or below.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
