Field Coordination & Logistics
• Manage the verification operation across assigned state.
• Coordinate movement logistics, schedules, and venue setups for physical verification in the state assigned.
• Act as the liaison between the national central project management team and you assigned state. 
Verification Exercise Execution
• Carry out the physical verification of staff, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Identify and flag discrepancies and ghost workers
Data Management & Reporting
• Ensure real-time data collection and entry into the central verification database.
• Track attendance reports of staff from various locations visited.
