Our client, a leading fashion and retail conglomerate with over 25 years of excellence in the Nigerian fashion industry, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to drive exceptional in-store experiences through innovative visual merchandising, styling, and creative execution across its retail locations nationwide. The successful candidate will lead the Visual Merchandising team, develop impactful merchandising strategies, oversee seasonal campaigns, and ensure consistent brand presentation that enhances customer experience while driving sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Strategic Leadership * Lead and manage the Visual Merchandising & Styling team. * Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing, E-commerce, Category, and Product Development teams to achieve business objectives. * Develop and execute store-specific visual merchandising strategies aligned with the brand. Seasonal Styling & Creative Execution * Plan and execute seasonal styling calendars and photoshoots. * Develop mood boards and oversee creative concepts for campaigns. * Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of merchandising initiatives. Store Visual Merchandising * Oversee window displays across all retail locations, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards. * Ensure proper product arrangement, complete looks, mannequin styling, and visual presentation across stores. * Source props and creative materials to maintain a premium shopping experience. Training & Product Knowledge * Train store teams on product knowledge, styling techniques, and merchandising standards. * Develop training materials that support upselling and cross-selling. Photoshoots & Trend Analysis * Manage photoshoots from planning to execution, including merchandise coordination and content delivery. * Research global fashion and visual merchandising trends to keep the brand ahead of the market.

Requirements: ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or a related discipline. ✔️ Retail fashion certification is an added advantage. ✔️ 6–7 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Fashion Retail Management. ✔️ Strong expertise in fashion styling, store layouts, window displays, mannequins, and visual merchandising standards. ✔️ Proven experience managing fashion photoshoots and creating compelling visual stories. ✔️ Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and creative problem-solving skills.
