We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a major distributor of assorted beer and beverages, for a Warehouse (Retail Outlet) Manager to oversee daily retail and warehouse operations, staff, inventory, sales, and cash management.

•Oversee daily retail outlet and warehouse operations.
•Supervise staff and monitor performance.
•Drive sales and support achievement of revenue targets.
•Manage inventory, stock counts, replenishment, and reconciliation.
•Ensure proper product storage, arrangement, and documentation.
•Handle daily cash management and reconciliation.
•Maintain accurate sales, stock, and operational records.
•Prepare regular reports and promptly escalate discrepancies or operational issues.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

•OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, warehouse, inventory management, or a similar role.
•Experience in staff supervision, stock management, cash handling, and reconciliation.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of POS/inventory software is an advantage.
•Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
•High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
