• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals and other sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Meet and consistently exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads and client interactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.

• Bachelor's degree/HND in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Target-driven, proactive and results-oriented.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.
