• Nationwide verification, reconciliation and processing of high-volume claims
• AI, OCR, Intelligent Document Processing and automated KYC workflows
• Operational redesign to improve speed, accuracy and scalability
• Regulatory and compliance processes across SEC, CSCS, NIBSS and data privacy requirements
• Settlement, vendor and institutional pipelines
• A high-performing, technology-enabled operations team

• 12+ years’ experience in capital markets, fintech, investment banking, registry services, trade settlement or high-volume operations
• Deep knowledge of the Nigerian capital market, including share transmission, registrars, CSCS and e-dividend processes
• Proven experience implementing AI, automation, OCR, document processing or data-matching solutions
• A strong track record of turning complex, manual processes into faster and scalable operations
• The ability to challenge conventional processes and drive measurable operational transformation
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• Willingness to be based full-time in Enugu.
