How Reporting Works

Step 2: We Investigate Where Necessary — Depending on the issue, we may review account activity, check submitted information, contact relevant parties, or take corrective action.

Step 3: We Take Appropriate Action — Actions may include removing content, restricting accounts, suspending users, requesting additional information, or providing guidance or support.

What Information Should You Provide?

To help us investigate quickly, include your Freebyz account information where applicable, a description of the issue, relevant links or screenshots, the username, employer or opportunity involved, and any additional details that may help our review.

Confidentiality of Reports

Freebyz treats safety reports responsibly. Information submitted through reports may be used to investigate concerns, improve platform safety, prevent fraud, and enforce platform policies. We will handle reports according to applicable privacy requirements and our Privacy Policy.

False Reports and Abuse of Reporting Tools

The reporting system exists to protect the community. Users should not submit reports to intentionally harm another user, provide false information, manipulate platform decisions, or pursue personal disputes unrelated to platform safety. Abuse of reporting tools may result in account restrictions.

Emergency Situations

Freebyz is an online platform and cannot provide emergency services. If you are experiencing an immediate physical safety risk, contact the appropriate emergency services in your location.
