Key Responsibilities: • Source and onboard SME clients • Promote SME loan products • Conduct business assessments • Build and maintain client relationships • Meet sales and portfolio targets • Monitor loan performance and repayments

Requirements: • HND/B.Sc. in any related field • 3–5 years experience in SME lending, sales, marketing, or financial services • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Goal-oriented with strong analytical abilities • Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads
