About the Role Our Client, a boutique advisory firm specializing in transaction advisory, market entry, and policy advisory services across Africa, is seeking an experienced Associate, Finance & Administration to join its team. This role offers a clear growth path, working directly with the Management Team to build capability across finance, treasury, operations, and governance.

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital Support banking relationships, funding requirements, and liquidity planning Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Strengthen internal controls and support audit engagements Maintain constructive relationships with regulators, auditors, and tax authorities Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance and governance initiatives Support oversight of admin functions — vendors, contracts, procurement, and office operations Contribute to technology and process improvement initiatives Support the Management Team on strategic finance matters, reports, and board materials
