We’re looking for a social media-savvy Customer Care Representative to join our team in Lagos.

• Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram and WhatsApp.
• Manage daily Instagram stories and customer interactions.
• Handle DMs, comments, complaints, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a friendly and engaging brand voice.
• Stay updated on social media trends and Gen Z communication styles.

• Female, preferably 25–28 years.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Very comfortable with Instagram, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fast, responsive, organised, and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service/social media experience is a pleasure.
