Our client, a leading Nigerian fashion brand with over 25 years of excellence and 11 retail stores nationwide, is seeking an experienced Design Lead to drive creative innovation, lead the design team, and deliver high-quality, market-ready collections that align with the brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities: * Lead seasonal design planning and product development. * Manage and mentor designers, technical designers, and pattern makers. * Oversee sketches, tech packs, fabric selection, and design reviews. * Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility. * Research fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. * Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement across collections.

Requirements: ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. ✔️ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fashion design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. ✔️ Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and trend relevance. ✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, garment construction, and fabric selection. ✔️ Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
