Job Summary The Digital Media Officer will be responsible for managing Proshare’s digital platforms, driving content distribution, and enhancing audience engagement across multiple channels. The role requires a creative and analytical professional who can translate research, market intelligence, and corporate narratives into compelling digital content and effectively position and distribute Proshare’s insights.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital media, content management, or social media strategy. Strong writing, content editing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency in social media management and content scheduling tools. Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles. Familiarity with Google Analytics and platform analytics tools. Ability to translate complex ideas into engaging digital content. Strong understanding of digital audience behaviour and platform dynamics. Basic design or multimedia skills using Canva or Adobe Suite is an advantage.
