Our client, a growing food manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Factory Operations Manager to oversee daily factory operations, drive production efficiency, ensure quality standards, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

- Oversee daily factory operations across production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and facilities. - Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved. - Monitor production efficiency, inventory control, and equipment performance. - Lead, coach, and develop factory teams while promoting accountability and continuous improvement. - Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.

- OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, bakery, packaging, or similar production environment. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. - Hands-on experience managing factory operations and production teams.
