We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with a strong background in the FMCG industry and Modern Trade. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent product visibility across assigned territories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories. Grow the customer base by onboarding new distributors, retailers, and key accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, retail outlets, distributors, and other customers. Execute promotional activities and in-store activations to increase product visibility. Ensure proper product placement and merchandising across retail locations. Monitor competitors’ activities and provide market intelligence. Prepare and submit sales reports, territory updates, and market feedback. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment. Plan and manage daily and weekly sales routes for effective territory coverage. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate sales documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3–6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years of solid FMCG Modern Trade experience. Strong understanding of sales techniques, pipeline management, and Modern Trade operations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
