Key Responsibilities - Draft, review, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts, lease agreements, vendor contracts, joint venture documentation, and transactional papers. - Provide sound legal guidance on corporate operations, labor laws, and industry regulations to mitigate business risks. - Assist in managing the intellectual property portfolio of the Company, including but not limited to registration and protection of Trademarks, designs, Patents, etc. within and outside Nigeria and on the web, management of copyright and confidential information. - Continuously monitor legal/regulatory developments and update internal policies to ensure alignment with statutory standards.

Requirements - LL.B and B.L. qualifications - Minimum of 6-7 years post-call experience in corporate/commercial law, corporate advisory. - Proven track record in contract negotiation, tax law, and regulatory compliance - Excellent analytical, research, drafting, communication, and risk-management skills.
