Job Summary The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient food production, excellent order fulfilment, quality control, customer satisfaction, staff performance, and profitability. The role requires strong operational, leadership, inventory, and delivery-management skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards in a delivery-only restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth workflow. • Supervise kitchen, packing, dispatch, and other operational staff. • Ensure all customer orders are prepared accurately, promptly, and according to company standards. • Monitor food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and consistency. • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations. • Manage online orders received through delivery platforms, websites, social media, and other channels. • Coordinate with delivery riders and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. • Monitor order delays, cancellations, complaints, and refunds and take corrective action. • Manage stock levels and ensure proper storage and handling of food items and packaging materials. • Conduct regular stock counts and minimize wastage, spoilage, and pilferage. • Monitor food costs, labour costs, operational expenses, and other key performance indicators. • Ensure recipes and standard operating procedures are strictly followed. • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. • Schedule staff shifts and ensures adequate staffing during peak periods.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant, food service, kitchen, or hospitality operations, preferably in a delivery/ghost kitchen environment. • Proven experience managing a team.
