We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (SM) to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily site operations, construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers. Drive project execution in line with approved drawings, specifications and programme. Monitor site progress, productivity, manpower, materials and plant utilisation. Coordinate subcontractors and resolve site/technical issues affecting delivery. Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and construction standards. Conduct site inspections and monitor quality of completed works. Coordinate material requirements and deliveries to prevent work stoppages. Lead site coordination/progress meetings and provide timely reports to Management. Identify and escalate project risks, delays and resource constraints. Maintain accurate site records and support project completion and handover.

Requirements B.Eng./B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field. 7+ years' experience in construction, with proven experience in site management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project programmes, quality and HSE requirements. Proven experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
