• Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination.
• Handle internal and external communications including but not limited to calls, emails, Phone calls and other correspondence.
• Provide timely, professional, and accurate responses to customers.
• Receive, document, and follow up on customer orders, enquiries, and complaints.
• Participate actively in brand activations, product launches, tastings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Represent the company's wine and spirits brands professionally during activations and customer engagements.
• Assist with general administrative duties and other responsibilities assigned by Management.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Administration, Customer Service, Front Desk, Hospitality, FMCG, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational and administrative abilities.
• Comfortable speaking to and engaging with customers in public settings.
• Must be willing to participate in activations, tastings, events, and other brand activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital communication tools.
