- Handle shipping documentation, invoices, packing lists, and related paperwork  
- Maintain accurate records of cargo, shipments, and client correspondence  
- Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and clients on shipment status and schedules  
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and administrative records  
- Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient shipping operations  

- Minimum qualification: ND (National Diploma) in Business Administration, Logistics,  or a related field  
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding) is an advantage  
- Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure  
- Willingness to resume immediately
